Hi students and families,
Please take a few moments to look at your calendar for July and make any changes you may need to make to your normal recurring schedule. I will be sending July's invoices out tomorrow, June 30th, and I want to ensure their accuracy.
Follow these simple steps if you are still unfamiliar with the Student Portal.
1. Ensure that you have set up your account from the email I sent to each of you early in June. The subject of the email says "Website Login Information" and was sent from ellison.danny@gmail.com via mymusicstaff.com. this should help you locate the email in your inbox.
2. The "homepage" of your portal is your calendar. You can see only your weekly recurring time slots and any open time slots I happen to have available. Please look through July and make sure there are no schedule conflicts with your vacations, etc. (Hint: Your recurring time slot will have a little person icon beside it and it will say 1/1. Open time slots will not have the person icon and will say 0/1.)
3. If you need to make a change, click on your recurring time slot and cancel for that particular day and time. Choose an alternate time by clicking on "register" and follow through with the instructions.
